A confidential space to explore your practice
Welcome, and thank you for visiting my supervision page.
I have been trained in Buddhist psychology and have been supervising therapists who have an interest in understanding the mind from an eastern school of thought since 2019.
I am currently enrolled on the Creative Approaches to Supervision Diploma by the London Centre for Psychodrama led by Anna Chesner.
My aim as a supervisor is to support and enhance your practice as a therapist by enabling you to reflect and review your work using a variety of creative techniques. My approach is to collaborate with the supervisee so that you can identify individual development needs.

The British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) recommends regular and ongoing supervision. A minimum of 1.5 hours per calendar month regardless of number of contracted clients for students and accredited members of BACP and general good practice.
In addition to enabling you to focus on your client work by reviewing and supporting your work as a therapeutic practitioner, I also offer a space to help you in many different ways - from setting up your private practice, to exploring niche areas to work within and putting yourself out there to get clients to work with, I understand the difficulties in establishing a private practice and can help you to build your practice and work towards a level of professional satisfaction within the therapeutic world.
Supervision sessions for supervisees last 60 minutes or 90 minutes, usually taking place on a monthly basis, and cost £90 per 60 minute session or £120 per 90 minute session.
I also provide a limited number of spaces for students; contact me to enquire about availability.
Feel free to contact me if you have any questions about how counselling works, or to arrange an initial assessment appointment. This enables us to discuss the reasons you are thinking of coming to counselling, whether it could be helpful for you and whether I am the right therapist to help.
You can also call me on |phone| if you would prefer to leave a message or speak to me first. I am happy to discuss any queries or questions you may have prior to arranging an initial appointment.
All enquires are usually answered within 24 hours, and all contact is strictly confidential and uses secure phone and email services. Find out more by reading my Privacy Policy.
